Web Designer (Front End/UI) – Internship

(Indianapolis, IN) Jesubi is looking for a Web Designer to join our software design team. The ideal candidate is an independent self-starter looking for a job which is both challenging and fun. This candidate must possess expert CSS/HTML skills with the ability to code their own work.

We’re looking for a designer who appreciates simplicity and wants to help a very high quality product that will make sales people’s lives easier, not more difficult.

Responsibilities:

• Work directly with the Product Manager to create HTML prototypes for new features/enhancements
• Create and implement design standards across all pages of the application
• Manage and update existing website design/content
• Create HTML email templates and signatures

Requirements:

• Experience prototyping web applications, designing user interfaces
• Bachelor degree in design or 2+ years equivalent experience
• Illustrator and Photoshop expertise
• Extensive XHTML and CSS coding experience
• Experience with CSS and JavaScript frameworks (jQuery)
• Familiarity with Web-based applications
• Excellent typographic, layout skills
• Desire to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
• Experience with Wordpress
